We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information, study habits, or account credentials with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Data Subject Rights: Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, export (portability), or completely delete your account data (Right to Erasure / Diritto all'Oblio). You can execute complete account erasure instantly in your Profile Settings or contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali - www.garanteprivacy.it).
• Italian Jurisdiction: In compliance with Article 2-quinquies of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code), the age of digital consent for information society services in Italy is set at 14 years of age. Users under 14 residing in Italy must obtain parental or guardian consent.
